To assist with an appointment request, BookMyDMV may collect your name, mobile phone number, optional email address, requested DMV service, preferred location, preferred date, consent status, and request timestamps.
How we use it
We use this information to process the request, communicate transactional status updates, maintain service records, prevent abuse, and operate BookMyDMV.
AEOS sponsorship
AEOS AI Receptionist sponsors BookMyDMV. Your DMV-request information is not automatically enrolled in AEOS marketing. We only record business interest when you separately select the optional AEOS-interest checkbox.
Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to operate messaging, hosting, security, and appointment-assistance functions.
Text messages
Transactional texts may be sent about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Retention and security
We retain records for operational, fraud-prevention, legal, and service-quality purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
